Developed as part of our real estate due diligence work for investors looking to purchase and develop property, our in-house and proprietary Property Assessment Tool has already saved some of our clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential losses by avoiding properties that do not meet their needs or that are advertised with incomplete information.
Our Property Assessment Tool helps us systematically evaluate property characteristics and compare them to the ecosystem of regulation that dictate what, where, and how real estate can be developed.
