Scott is a licensed California General Contractor, an accredited New Urbanist (CNUa) and LEED-ND professional. Scott has earned a Bachelor of applied Arts and Science (BAS) in Public Administration, with an emphasis in City Planning, from San Diego State University and a Masters in Public Policy (MPP) and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Mills College.
Scott currently works as a researcher, author, real estate developer, and consultant in the Cannabis industry, helping Cannabis businesses navigate: Conditional Use Permits, Zoning regulation and CEQA for licensing at both the local and state level. In addition, Scott designs 2D and 3D plans in AutoCAD (Site Plans, Floor Plans, and MEP drawings) and maps a variety of data in ArcGIS (Zoning Districts and Buffers, Cultural and Biological resources etc.). Scott has developed a comprehensive model framework for business standard operating procedures and regulatory compliance for Cultivation, Distribution, Manufacturing and Retail Sales.
Scott worked as Senior planner for Trinity County in the Cannabis Department.
Rachel is a project manager who is responsible for total project management from initiating to the closing the project. A team player, Rachel holds an excellent track record of strong working relations with applicants, owners, engineers, regulatory agencies, and contractors, resulting in successful experiences.
With a bachelor's degree in Accounting from CSU Chico, Rachel has over 6 years of experience as a project manager from software implementation to CEQA Initial Studies and 2 years of experience in the Cannabis Industry. Rachel previously worked at the Trinity County Planning Department in the role of Administrative Coordinator where she created a streamlined process for applications and jumpstarted the Cannabis Program. Her role varied from customer service to the back-end of creating procedures to navigating and implement State and local law.
Patrick is Buildaberg's Associate Planner and our team's newest addition. With a bachelor’s degree from Humboldt State University in Environmental Management and Protection (Planning Focus), Patrick is passionate about proper care of the environment, while also recognizing the need for practical solutions to problems that the world is facing.
Prior to working for Buildaberg, Patrick worked as the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Manager for the Trinity County Resource Conservation District, where he administered the County of Trinity’s GIS database, in addition to creating maps and map layouts, updating parcel and road data, and working with planners to fulfill requests.
Patrick is a team player who brings a history of successful working relations with partners and customers to Buildaberg’s team.
Antonette has a Master's of Occupational Therapy from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan with a multi-disciplinary background specializing in ADA Compliance and Consulting, Ergonomics, Workplace Health, Human Centered Design, Universal Design, and Physical Rehabilitation.
She also has an Associate's Degree from College of the Redwoods in Humboldt, California in Multimedia Communications; design and communication in using the many forms of digital and print media, bringing digital and print design for our team and our clients' projects including web design, video editing, graphics design, photography and marketing materials.
Antonette creates and manages operations and also provides administrative support to our team to help them get the job done as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
